The Red String

A red string. A red string tied nicely around their left ring finger.

"What is this?" Jimin asks, and Tae shrugs.

"Perhaps it means connection." Jimin comments. Taehyung considers it and spins around a few times, making the shorter laugh.

"Well where does it begin and where does it end?" Taehyung speaks up.

"You can't see the end, it loops." Jimin states, smiling slightly. And with that, Taehyung makes eye contact with him. They just look at each other, and for them, that's enough.
