Nianta is a beautiful world filled with magic, peaceful mythical creatures, and love. Well that is of course until things change. Suddenly raiding parties start destroying towns, the forest creatures attack and kill anyone that comes near their homes, and dragons are destroying entire cities with their fire. It's been rumored that there is a book, that when read from it has the power to heal the world and make everything right again, but not only does no one know exactly where to find it, it's also said to be a journey more dangerous than any other.

She quickly realizes that sometimes ignorance really is bliss, and maybe she didn't really want to know the answers to the questions she'd always asked, especially when one of these truths causes people close to her to turn their backs on her without hesitation. Before she can even recover from the shock, she's thrust into a war that she hadn't even known existed. Loyalties will be tested. She'll have to choose sides between all of the people she's come to care about. Will she stand with her family, her new friends, or the two boys who both hold a piece of her heart? One thing is for sure. She'll have to let go of her dream of 'normal.'

A weapon called the universe key. When he shows the key to his teacher Ignis he thinks the key might be able to open an ancient door that holds an extremely powerful secret behind it. He found the door many years ago but he could never open it. Now with the universe key he has a chance. So Ignis, Brilan and his little sister Clara must go on a dangerous journey to find old friends, fight new enemies and discover a power that might just end the war between the Zaubators and the Deators before the world tears itself apart.
