Unrequited love is what brings Hanahaki disease to someone on a one sided love. But in Taekwoon's case it hurts more than just the fact that it's one sided love. It hurts that as soon as he had the Hanahaki disease, he learns that the love that he once owned is disappearing and Wonshik thought his fake affection hide this fact.
