Unrequited love is what brings Hanahaki disease to someone on a one sided love. But in Taekwoon's case it hurts more than just the fact that it's one sided love. It hurts that as soon as he had the Hanahaki disease, he learns that the love that he once owned is disappearing and Wonshik thought his fake affection hide this fact. What will happen to their relationship eapecially that Wonshik found a better companion in his work place which is Jaewhan? What will become of Taekwoon? Eventually the flowers fill their lungs and they die. It can be healed if the person's love returns their feelings. But if the person gets rejected, they will die faster. Or they can have an operation, but they lose all memory of their love. (im bad at describing ok😭) What happens when izuku is put between life and death for his love?
