The Guardian of Night
Aether is the Guardian of the Night Court, sworn to protect her High Lord and the court she loves deeply. A role created by the Mother herself, she is soul tied to her High Lord Rhysand and must carry out the responsibilities given to her by her title, or at least she should have. Born on the outskirts of Velaris, she was discovered first not by her High Lord, but the King of Hybern. Used for her powers, she lives a century under Hybern's control. On a routine seizure of information and to wipe out Hybern assets, the Spymaster and General of the Night Court come across a woman, beaten and weak, supposed to be Hybern's weapon master. They take her back to Velaris to heal and meet with the High Lord, but as the soul tie snaps together, another bond does as well to the High Lords' brother, Prince Ascelin. Being thrown back into society, Aether must navigate healing her trauma, meeting her new found family, and grow into her role as the Mother gifted Guardian. Trust will be tested, love will bloom, and tensions will rise. Pre-ACOTAR -- ACOSF fem!oc x male!oc
A whole new world (ToG/ACOTAR crossover)
A year after Aelin awakes to find her home covered in kingsflame, she and the co have finally met up again all together in Terrasen. However, when a pulse of power radiates through her country and knocks an unsuspecting Dorian and herself out, they decided to investigate the source, and postpone the greetings. What they find out might just change their world (and perhaps another one as well) forever. This is obviously a ToG/ACOTAR crossover haha, but WARNING; just a spoiler alert, if you haven't read KoA or ACOFAS you should probably go finish those! My book takes place after them, and I honestly can't compare to the real genius behind these worlds (shout out sjmaas), so go and (sob, laugh, smile) read those two before (hopefully!) reading this. (also huuuge credit to all the amazing artists who created the pictures both on the cover of this book and in each chapter. their work is so incredible-i wish i could make art like that)Kumpleto
Throne of Glass and ACOTAR Crossover (complete)
(#790 in fanfiction 2017-04-30) **I am including a spoiler warning for Empire of Storms and A Court of Mist and Fury. Both now have canon follow-ups, but just in case. NOTE: This story was written before ACOWAR and KoA came out, and therefore no events or plot points revealed in ACOWAR, ACOFAS or KoA were taken into account in this story. This includes relationship developments, power capabilities, characters not introduced until the aforementioned stories, or character developments. Please keep this in mind as you read. What would happen if Terrasen's queen met the high lady of the Night Court? Set after A Court of Mist and Fury and in a hypothetical situation where Aelin has destroyed Erawan and rules as Terrasen's queen. I do not own any of the characters or settings, they belong to Sarah J. Maas. Please note, there is some swearing. If you are uncomfortable with that then don't read it. COMPLETED MAY 2017Kumpleto
