So he walks the world as a ghost, later, he realizes he has a little power to make electrical fuses happen and stuff like that. Nothing major, just like cause green lights to turn red all of a sudden, stuff like that. He feels sad that he can't tell the girl he likes that he likes her, so he thinks if he can cause her to die 'accidentally', then she'll turn into a ghost and be with him.Complete
