When Lady Hecate fades due to a particularly nasty slow-working poison, Olympus has no choice but to announce their existence to the mortals, which goes about as well as one might expect.
Then the Olympians, finally realising it might be time for a change in leadership, decide to retire, and hand over control of the universe to their teenage children. Awesome. But who will take their place? And how will the new gods get on in their positions?

Demigods are not necessarily in danger at first, but as more and more time passes, Mortals grow warier and warier of the children of the Gods. Demigods and Gods alike walk among them, and It's only a matter of time before they are revealed. And with the ever present post war PTSD, the former demigods, now gods, are facing a threat that can't kill but is making the world change for everyone. After losing the one closest to him, he disappears for quite a long time. Another war is coming. Against an enemy that was never seen before. A war that will decide the fate of the whole world.
