Brandy Evans - quiet, shy, smart girl who is not usually in the spotlight. She comes from a broken family. When she was six years old her father left her, her mother, and her older brother Trevor, for a new family. Because of this Brandy has never opened up to anyone about her feelings. Until she started talking to her brother's best friend.

Elliot Davis - popular, outgoing, captain of the hockey team, and Trevor's best friend, as well as their neighbor. He knows everyone and everyone knows him. But no one knows how rough his home life is. His parents are in the middle of a divorce after his older brother passed away.

Brandy and Elliot have always bickered at each other and have always had a feeling of hatred towards each other.
