A New World

In the mist of humanity on the breach of extinction, the world itself threatens to end. Surviving couldn't be much harder, friends turn to foe and enemies become your friends. The demand for food seems sparse, and with the new threat of an undefeatable predator, the human race must brace themselves for the sharing of resources.

Jida Flores had no clue the horrors the world has become.

It's been a week since the last time his father dropped by and it leaves him worried and terrified. But when he finally hears the rattles of chains to the basement door, and the harsh thumping of boots, he suspects it's his father.

But instead he is greeted with three strict military looking men, armed with rifles, covered in blood and smelling like rotting flesh, in search of some extra food.
