The Armillas. Forged by the ancient guild of Alteron, were the five most powerful artifacts in existence. Created to remind humanity of its most endearing qualities: Wisdom, loyalty, bravery, hope and compassion.

It's first wielders were chosen from the royal house of Arcatium; the kingdom to which Alteron had pledged allegiance. The princess and her friends were selected to share the burden.

But the burden proved too great and before the new year began, greed, betrayal and loss had created irreparable rifts in a friendship that had once been unbreakable.

Over the centuries the last of the original wielders has wandered, charged with the responsibility to pass the Armillas on, to right what was once done wrong, to fulfill a prophecy and to break a curse.

Salvation came in the form of five young girls who must now shoulder a burden that proved too great for their predecessors.

With an ancient enemy bent on seeking revenge, can the new set of wielders prove their worth? Can they survive with their friendship intact? Or will history repeat itself?
