So...Most people only know my story from what I've told them and what they've experienced. But...no one has ever seen my life through my eyes. All of Auradon and the Isle of the Lost are brought together to watch my story unfold before their eyes. So all of my private moments. (No! Not that kind of private moment...Ew. Gross. This is a Disney book for Zeus' sake. You sicko.) Anyway, things that I kept to myself will now be out in the open. Well...Evie did say..."No secrets between us." Wait...I should probably tell her that promise starts now, huh? Uhhh. Well. Tartarus! Um...I might be in trouble...I gotta go.

We became best friends, wreaking havoc together for years. What happens when we were chosen to go to Auradon Prep? What happens when we also have to steal the wand, Fairy Godmother's wand? Hazel, with her heart full of compassion and justice, couldn't bear the thought of the children of the villains growing up in such a grim place just because of the sins of their parents. Thus, she decided to make a difference. Hazel wanted to help her friends, King Be, and future queen, Mal, of Auradon to allow the children of the villains to come to Auradon for a chance at a better life. It was Ben's wish and Hazel had the same views, it brought them as close as siblings. The first to step foot in Auradon were the children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella De Vil. They welcomed them with open arms and a warm smile, assuring them that they were not their parents and that they deserved the same chances as everyone else. In time, they started to believe and began to see the good in themselves that Hazel and Ben saw in them. Then plans changed and Hazel found herself in situations she'd never think to be in. Her king and her friends by her side every step of the way to help the lost and find the good.
