A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger?
