What does it mean to be merciful?
Fallon O'Neill can't hurt anybody, a big disadvantage when people are constantly hurting her.
William Carmichael hurts others too easily, which always turns out badly for himself.
When a murder in the Carmichael home rattles the town, everyone becomes suspects. Fallon's own karate Sensei gets targeted and Will and his friends have a sword hanging over their heads, or in this case the barrel of a gun.
