The world is so power-hungry and selfish that even the ones with assumed "Evil" or "Weak" power can be beaten and hurt just as equally as the others that don't have any power at all. None to even defend themselves. Instead of having bad people as rare apples, it seems that good people are because in this type of world we live in, only the powerful rise.
