However...the outside world is not what Levi thinks. The Deathless City yearns to invade the Rainlands and when their soldiers discover Levi's boat, they find a way onto the island. In that moment Levi loses everything but gains a mission.

Only he can warn the Rainlands Emperor that the Deathless City is coming. But no one will believe him...unless he finds a princess in a fox mask...
