In a world where it is the law to take joy pills, puff is a reporter, who writes up the news and publish said writing to the public. Edge is a cop, who takes care of troublemakers or those that get off their pills. Puff stopped taking his medicine, he saw something disturbing in the paper that he shouldn't have seen. Now Edge has Puff under close watch after capturing the reporter.
