Pacifica is Lesbian and Dipper has come out to her parents, sister and the rest of the Pines family (including their great uncles; Stan and Ford) as being a Trans Girl named; Macy. Macy has been on HRT for two years, she has already had Gender Reassignment Surgery and is officially Post-Op. Macy identifies as a Lesbian.
