Dusk Sarren is not a warrior. He fights against the Rozkod armies invading his homeland because he needs to.  But when he meets Onyx Klaestyn, who shares his unique red eye, they discover that there is more to the war than anyone suspected. And the two of them may just be critical to its outcome.

Their search for answers is interrupted when Delrox, leader of the Rozkod, curses Dusk with dangerous powers that threaten him and everyone around him. He and Onyx have become weapons- but who will they destroy?

This is a rough draft. I recently decided to split it in half, so what you see here is all of book 1. The chapters comprising the beginning of book 2 have been unpublished.
