Do you really think that TMNT is a bunch of turtles? Well it's not it's an academy. This academy chooses children after birth they look for the strongest looking child and inject them with a serum they came up with in the 1920's . Why babies and not adults? They tried at first but the serum doesn't activate until a child hits puberty. The idea cam from Xavier Rainsford who had suggested to put it into children everybody paused for a few seconds and cheered! They got to work to fix the serum for children and then they injected it into the first baby after a year of fixing minor details. After 13 years of being injected Steven Brok became faster, stronger, and couldn't die. He was also known as the first TMNT agent. He was the best making many people were jealous and try to kill him. But Steven wouldn't die the scientist took notice and decided to choose 15 kids a year. The scientist decided to make a school so these children could control their. new found powers and make them ninjas.
