He determined to not die like Wei Wuxian, prevent tragedies and change the future. The first time Lan Wangji met Wei Wuxian, they fought on the roof. When he dreamed of the cliff scene and felt the sorrow and regret of losing someone he loved while watching helplessly at the falling figure, it plagued his mind greatly. He became even more disturbed when he noticed Wei Ying's changes. The two became close. Really close. Together, they planned to save the world and while they were doing just that... About eight months ago, I met two characters who spoke to me. Their relationship was based on trust, friendship and an incredible attraction to each other that went beyond the physical, and I could see how they would evolve just because of that foundation years down the line. This story carries forward the story of Yi Hwan and Min Jay Yi from the Korean TV series "Our Blooming Youth". I had severe withdrawal symptoms once the series ended. I wanted to keep travelling with them. I wanted to know how they developed. I was eager to uncover the transformation from uncertainty ('maybe') to astonishment ('OMG! It's real!') and the ensuing chaos of "WTF do I do now?" What did the path forward look like for Min Jay Yi and Yi Hwan, as they made their personal journey through their one year of separation? I felt this was a story that was needed to be told. It was as important to the growth of their relationship as a couple as it was when they bonded over common goals and promised to always be at each other's side. So here is Yi Hwan and Min Jay Yi's journey from the day of the battle to their life in the Palace. (Disclaimer: The scriptwriters clearly defined the characters, and I borrowed them. Lan zhan named him " WEI YING" **The story before wei ying's death is same as the original novel. Only difference is Jing ling was 8 when his parents died and suzui is not Wen. He was born Lan. I must say first that the timeline is around the early 20th century.. probably, it is fictional, so there must be things that are different compared to the history.
