Will boasted to his family he had a boyfriend, but in reality all he wanted was to join the conversation. His sister was prattling on about her fiance and how happy they were to show off the new ring to the family at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Will could feel himself heating up as he blurted out, "I've got a boyfriend too!"
That was all it took for his mother to convince him to bring the boy home so the whole family can meet him. He was screwed.

Will has never introduced Nico to his family due to his family being incredibly biased towards monsters, in particular Vampires. But now they've been dating for over a year and half, and due to unfortunate circumstances, Nico even lives with the Solaces. Will can't keep these parts of his life separate so he decides that they'll be able to hide Nicos vampireism from his family so that way they can all meet. or: Nico is a vampire and Wills family hates monsters. He brings Nico to meet his family anyways so they have to hide the fact that Nico is a vampire from them. Shit hits the rocks as expected. Then suddenly felt a sudden pressure being applied to his back and a soft voice spoke, "Morning neeks." The voice was so close to his ear that he felt a chill run up his spine. He tried to push off the bubbly blond but nothing worked so he just let him be and tried to go back to sleep but Will was not having that. "Come on neeks, or We'll be late," Will said as he put his hand under Nico's armpit to hoist him up. He succeed but was met with one of the deadliest glares. *"Che diavolo amico?" Nico spoke out with an attitude, so Will assumed it was bad, but hey he doesn't know Italian. So he just frowned and shot back with his own, *"O te obligo o te levantas tú mismo". Nico didn't understand it Will said it assertively so he took it as a threat and scurried off to the bathroom.
