Dan is a teenage boy whose only friend is his best friend, PJ. Dan never gets to experience the things the other kids get to experience. Dan never drank, Dan never traveled, Dan never even kissed someone. Dan couldn't do any of these things because of his disability. It wasn't his fault that he was blind though. So, instead of trying to achieve his goals, Dan gives up and settles on his plain life with PJ. Until one day, Phil arrives.
