Prison/Freedom
A 7-year poetic memoir about grappling with Trauma, Mental health, and Crisis of Faith This is a collection of 7 years of poetry I have written about my journey with grief, trauma, abuse, SA, mental health, spiritual crisis, and my journey with God throughout my life. These are my life stories and I have put my blood, sweat, and tears into these poems. I hope my story will help others on their healing and/ or faith journeys. Healing is not linear.Hoàn thành

Thursday
The depths of my mind and dialogue of it all. My thoughts. My fakeness. My lies. My confessions. My Raw mental conversations. My weakness. My complicated life. The nonsense that creeps up in my head when I'm thinking. There is no need to understand. There is no need to feel pity. This is Thursday.
Emotions, especially during healing, can be the most consuming, messy, and difficult things to process. But they're just feelings sweetheart, valid feelings.
