Somehow, even through the beginnings of a war, Sirius and Marlene begin to feel something, something other than fear. But now is not the time to fall in love, when it's not certain that anything will survive. But maybe their love will be eternal, even if their lives aren't.

Will he get over his fear of commitment and loneliness? Or will Marlene leave him when she finds out all he's had to do?
