If a world is ruled by two gods, theres bound to be conflict. Nearly destroyed, Exxo survived a World Civil War. Kakó, one of its two gods was locked up. Rebuilding took ages. Life later seemed normal. Tales of of Kaló's great victory over Kakó were turned into folk tales. But others thought differently. Others thought Kakó was the good god and Kaló was the evil god. These people were able to free Kakó, starting a second World Civil War.

The man who discovered it decided to make the metallic liquid into arrows. He then buried them underneath his homeland and in the year 2000, it was eventually discovered and monstrous beings called "Klaxosaurs" begin appearing. The arrows were a sign of hope as when exposed to the air, it chose which people to grant powers from. A visual manifestation of life energy to the user. Ordinary people cannot see it, but people who were granted with these powers can see it. It could not be harm by ordinary things, only other special people can hurt it. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs.
