Mental patient, Melanie Hoax has been released. She starts to get her life together when she buys an antique Polaroid camera.

Thinking this will add decoration to her boring, sadistic life, she proceeds to purchase it and take it to her new home, but when she uses it, scary creatures show around her home and every where she goes.

After a couple of months, she has had enough with this and throws the camera away. Or she at least tries to. Upon throwing it out, Melanie is face to face with an unknown creature whom she cannot see.

This creature tells her very terrible things she could do to the people she passes as she stalks the streets and soon, this turned into routine. Her old habits return to her, her old needs to kill again.

It may take up her life again, and it may not, but she will never know, because for now, she has zero control over her actions.
