Long time ago, the world went into the ultimate World War. Now, the few people remaining are living under a Dictatorship. The new government have conceal the countries ramiming under a Dome due to air poisoning.  People are living into poverty. There in the suburbs we found Jerome, an 17 years old guy who is chase buy the authorities because his rebel personality.  But his life will get an unexpected turn when his acts of rebellion become into the last hope of freedom.
