The main idea of the story, is that izuku has his own quirk, which is similar to Wonder Woman, he is also much stronger than All Might. Instead of izuku joining the UA, he was instead adopted by Diana after his Mother was killed by one of the Parademons during a road trip. Diana took upon herself to raise izuku as her own son and unintentionally her powers was absorb by Izuku's quirks, which in then turned Izuku into a mini version of Diana. Meaning whatever power diana has, Izuku gets them as well.
