Lexie and Ally are best friends. They are extremely close. The story follows the pair as they slowly discover new feelings and come to terms with those feelings. As the story progresses, dark and heartbreaking revelations from their pasts come out which explains why Lexie and Ally are very close. And as things get deeper, the more emotional things get.
