It's 5400 AD, hopping from planet to planet is as common as driving a car. And Space is rigidly ruled by Space Corp: A totalitarian regime of people made up of the most elite tycoons in the Galaxy. Until recently, they had on hire a brave Privateer named "Kik Maverick". But they suddenly ditched him on a prison planet and left him for dead. His use had run out.
