The Scars I Carry
A collection I've put together of a few original poems I've written over the years. These poems are relating to personal experiences and emotions, and I debated publishing them for a very long time. I've finally decided to publish some of my work in hopes that they can help some people through difficulties, as writing them helped me. I will be adding more as I write them of course. There are various forms and styles so each piece is different from the others, although this collection follows similar themes. I will be putting trigger warnings for each and every poem that requires them, as well as which triggers are contained in which poems that way you have the best idea of what you will find. If at any point you feel triggered by my writing or by something else, please don't be afraid to reach out for help, you are never alone, I promise you. The themes/possible triggers contained within this collection are the following; self-harm, suicide attempts and general talk of suicide, emotional and psychological abuse, childhood trauma, mental health and mental illness (anxiety, depression, ptsd, anorexia- etc), death and dying-and others. Time Can't Heal This
I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by. These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.Abgeschlossene Geschichte

Full of poems that I've written, am writing, will write. Maybe mostly about life and others are deep stuff and more... Some are happy and some are sad/dark. Some poem(s) I wrote about or related to a book/movie.etc. Others I wrote as a story in poem form. *checked my old poems recently and GORE, HORROR, BLOOD ALERT for some of the poems near the beginning!! SO maybe best to read my poems from bottom to the top if you mind the stuff^^^ *I think the more recent poems are quite different from the older ones. Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Abgeschlossene Geschichte
