Jay doesn't know why any of this started.
He doesn't know why they beat the shit out of him everyday. He doesn't know why they get so much joy out of it. He doesn't know why he doesn't reach out for help. He doesn't know why his best friend since sixth grade decided to leave him in the dust freshman year. He doesn't know why that ex best friend now laughs at his pain. He doesn't know why everyone hates him so much.
With Nathan by his side, he takes on another year of high school, fingers crossed that it'll be different this year. That the bullies will leave him alone and he and Nath can roam the halls freely.
But does that happen? Of course not.
Jay doesn't know how he's going to get through the school year.
But one thing he does know?
High school fucking sucks.
