Hi, I'm a background friend. We're people without a core friend group. We're not loners, we have friends, we're part of different friend groups, but we're not a "main character" per se. We're just there, our absence or presence somewhere probably doesn't make a difference but then again, as they say, the more the merrier.

I just wanted to feel as if someone like you exists. You were the only one who cared enough to talk to me. The only one kind enough to try to get me to say more than two words.
