Howard the President of the United States has outlawed people from growing their own produce and there are no more stores. The government gives out rations of foods to the wealthy and what's leftover goes to the less fortunate.

It is a rumor going around that the government has built a spaceship to take them off of the earth to go into the unknown. The We Will Survive Organization has decided they will investigate FOR the people who are less fortunate. They have been declared as an terrorist group and if any members are to tinker with the plan they will be killed on sight.
