Earth has become inhabitable and it's only a matter of time before humanity becomes extinct. Howard the President of the United States has outlawed people from growing their own produce and there are no more stores. The government gives out rations of foods to the wealthy and what's leftover goes to the less fortunate.
It is a rumor going around that the government has built a spaceship to take them off of the earth to go into the unknown. The We Will Survive Organization has decided they will investigate FOR the people who are less fortunate. They have been declared as an terrorist group and if any members are to tinker with the plan they will be killed on sight.

The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality.
