A story of. Woman, 42 years old, settled life - unmarried, great career, lived in the same row home in Manhattan for 12 years after living in her tiny flat in Brooklyn for the previous 5 as she built her company up. She is starting to fail in health, baffling the doctors. Along with a myriad of other issues, her memories from before she was 25 are foggy, muddled and make no sense. She only has flashes, but they're fleeting, brief and from a variety of time periods and places all over the world. Little does she know ... She's from a line of Gypsies that are ageless - as long as they stay nomadic. They are born and will progress to the approximate age of 25, then they stop and become immortal. Once they plant themselves, they restart the aging process, and their memories flutter away to help hide the secret. And depending on how long they'd lived prior to becoming stationary, it may be a rough journey health wise as time catches up with them. They can become nomadic again and stop the aging, and it will help to cure some of the ailments, but they will keep the appearance of the age they progressed to. That and, if you give up the life, you are forever seen as an outsider. Where the immortality comes from is unknown. Her elders tell of a sacred place their ancestors had camped in thousands of years prior and a being that came out of the land and gifted it to them. The storyline is still a work in progress. All Rights Reserved
