Serena Jacobs was a normal girl with normal dreams and goals. She just wanted to finish school and get into university in America so that her mother would be proud of her and hopefully even notice her. However she wasn't banking on falling in love with Luke Williams, a boy with a brooding look, dark eyes and an even darker past. Luke didn't have anything going for him, he wasn't going anyway in life anytime fast until he meets Serena who lights him up inside with her laugh and understands him with just one look. Then life happens... They're torn apart, Because sometimes love isn't enough and when you love someone letting them go might be the best option. Miles apart, old wounds are reopened and new scars made. Finding solace in a piece of paper and pen they both write with their souls hoping it'll mend their hearts.
