His father died in the fire due to sacrificing his life for Larry. That of course broke his and his mom's heart.

He has to wear a prosthetic, thanks to the fire. Still, nobody knew how it happened.

He considers on ending his life, who would care, anyway?

Sal hated the way he looked, he barley had his prosthetic off when he was by himself, much less with his friends or family. This fact was one that Travis hated. Travis is determined to help Sal feel more comfortable in his own skin. Feel more confident without his mask, whether it was when he was alone or accompanied by his boyfriend.

But Travis is my favorite character and I was upset with how little control Travis had in his life, his whole life was controlled by Kenneth until the night he died, his life is tragic so I'd like to write a story that gives Travis atleast the slightest amount of free will and Love.
