A Dog and A Kitten

(Warning: This story contains accounts of abuse and neglect). This is a story of two different lives, each with their own misfortunes, unexpectedly coming together to form an unbreakable friendship. A young Mackerel Tabby, unwillingly left on her own, is forced to endure the wild and obstacles of survival along the way, unknowing of what her future holds each day. A mature chocolate Labrador Retriever who lost his loving human companion and beloved home only but a few months ago from a terrible accident, is now in the hands of his human's estranged sister's care, and kept chained outdoors without an ounce of love. Throughout this story, you'll fall in-love with the characters as they learn to trust again, or for the very first time, make long-lasting friendships, begin to form a responsibility for the other, and take on a heart-warming journey together.
