After being tortured by my older sister, who played this otome game called "Rose's Court of Fortune" for so long, my life came to an abrupt end at the early age of 20.

I reincarnated as an ikemen so I'm pretty happy, but my face muscles are dead. Yay.

What's worse, it seems I've been reincarnated as the villainess's brother from the game my sister played?! 

What kind of scam is this?! 

Aren't I supposed to get isekai-ed into a world where I get my own harem and a bunch of cheat abilities?! This isn't how things are supposed to go!

What's worse, I have to prevent my little sister's destruction end so our house doesn't fall to ruin! Why did I promise to be filial with my last breath!

Anyway, it should be fine if we just don't mess with the capture targets or the heroine. 

Why does everything seem to be falling apart! The characters are all wrong now! Wait, why is there a bl atmosphere right now?!
