Lord Boros had made it out of the wreckage of the long forgotten incident where the city was completely destroyed, he needed to pass on his genes, his regeneration powers had stopped working for some reason, so if he died now, it was all over, Saitama died a couple hundred years ago, earths best fighter, gone. 

his motives changed, he saw that there was even stronger people than him, and he needed to raise a protector that would strike fear into the hearts of their enemies and give hope to all the citizens, he knew his child would be powerful and have a powerful quirk, but what he didn't expect was for him to have 2 powerful quirks.

In this fanfiction when Izuku has the powers of Boros and Metal Bat, when Izuku meets Jirou its like love at first sight for both of them, and they both have a hard time controlling their feelings for each other.

He learned how to utilize his quirk effectively, gaining a metal bat to help him in his quest to help all who need it.
