Elisabeth Weiss, a 17-year-old German girl is living with a mentally ill father and a missing mother. As the only functional member of her family, she's doing everything she can to save her father and cope without a mother. But one night, her father begins claiming her mother will be coming back. Elise is happy to hear this but realizes that this claim would not come without sacrifice.
