Mature
After nearly a year with no contact, Midoriya begins to believe Bakugou has broken his promise to return to him. The young mermaid, stricken with bitterness, decides to find the fiery blonde himself- joining UA Academy as a "normal" student with an interesting quirk.

"What the fuck are you doing Deku?! I'll kill you!" Bakugou snarled as the crimson droplets stained his shirt. The once brilliant green eyes of the disguised mermaid narrowed, their round pupils narrowing to dangerous slits the blonde had seen once before.

"All you humans are the same. We should have kept devouring your pathetic species till there was nothing left." With that, Midoriya began to shift into his true form and dragged the screaming blonde below the waters surface.

Author Note
None of the artwork is mine. Hero academia is obviously not my story. This is a fanfiction with a mermaid twist. Sequel to Seafoam Green. Read that first. Enjoy!

A Maybank and A Cameron? It's almost like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's forbidden for them to be together. Could be the end of the world. The stolen glances, the hidden feelings, the unspoken words, the secret meetings and the obvious hatred towards each other followed by constant conflicts and some hidden past that threatened them but there are always invisible strings tied and pulling them together no matter how hard the tides trying to pull and part them away from each other.
