Zoey Lane lived in Los Angeles, where the sun shines and the city never sleeps. She lived the luxurious life of sunny days, swaying of palm trees, and the life of the rich in Beverly Hills. Unfortunately, as good as it may sound, she wasn't living that luxurious life socially. She had trouble making friends and got bullied countless times. When her parents found out what has been happening to her, they packed their stuff and head over to Port Orchard, Washington. What will happen to Zoey as she unfolds this small town with strange people?
