Izuku Yagi is born with his twin sister Izumi however Izuku is a special kid he had One For All and its a dormant quirk till he can build muscle mass and is undetected until then. Because of this Izuku was neglected and bullied by his sister and so called friends as well as his parents till he was seven when he ran away into a forest where he found someone by the name of Woz who was waiting for Izuku and explained to Izuku who he is destined to be a Kamen Rider
