You may notice shallow breathing and signs of disorientation. A dirty, unkempt appearance and general neglect of hygiene are strong indicators as well. Weight loss or gain are also common. They may appear depressed, and may frequently withdraw from social circles or functions as well as showing a lack of motivation. Moods are unpredictable and often times erratic. Loss of appetite is also a strong indication. It is very important that you do not wait in seeking help for them.
