The sun was already setting down when he could finally get home, he didn't even have time to open the door before a pair of footsteps stopped behind him. The villain followed him.

"Chill, dude. I'm going ok?" The man left quickly, leaving him with jealous Izuku. "Who was that?" Izuku asked. "Someone who just sucks at flirting." 
Izuku leaned over him, whispering into his ear. "You look stunning, gorgeous." The hand that slid down his neck made his skin hot.

"I think you should pay attention to your little angel more." Izuku stopped in his tracks, his body turning to Katsuki.

Everything happened in slow motion after that. Izuku's horrified expression, hand reaching for him as the pieces of the building started falling at him. 

Katsuki smiled, he wanted to give Izuku something before this, and he hoped the warm smile could be enough.

"Not gonna look at me?" Fuck, stop. He can't open his eyes. If he did, and Izuku won't be there, it would be the last thing he needed to reach his breaking point.

"Open your eyes." No, he doesn't want to. "Please, for me?" There was nothing else to do, as much as he loved listening to Izuku's voice, this can't go forever.

Soon he realizes that he missed out on so many things because of a silly little crush. He soon falls for Sero and he couldn't be happier. Out if nowhere Sero ends things leaving Izuku brokenhearted. Things only go down hill from there and it seems like everything in Izuku's life is going wrong. Izuku's now in a really dark place and starts to make a lot of questionable decisions. He makes a pact with his best friend's but by the end he's the only one still suffering. Izuku looks at them with teary eyes, the screaming slowly turning to static. "What are you doing?" He asked. "We made a deal, " "You don't have to do this anymore, aren't you happy?" Izuku cried. "How can we be happy without you?" Shoto smiled. "If you're doing this then so are we, " Izuku smiled, "What are friends for?" The three of them smiled, closed their eyes, and took a leap of faith. No matter what happens they'll always be together.
