All right so I literally just had this idea last night so we'll see how it works out.
Shoto Todoroki is not the youngest in his family, it's his twin sister. Yukime Todoroki is a shy girl who attends UA in the Gen Ed course. She attended classes with only her classmates knowing that she is Todoroki of 1-A's sister until 1-A student Kaminari is helping to tutor her friend and classmate Hitoshi Shinso and finds out about her. Then all of 1-A finds out and wants to befriend her, too bad her brother has given her the cold shoulder, literally, since elementary school up till now.
Shoto doesn't understand why she gets be such a daddy's girl when her twin brother is put through hell there. While she can't figure out why her brother hates their father so much, as he is training him to be a hero that could become the next No. 1. They have identical quirks and appearances so how could they be so different from each other?
