Sang by the young mermaid who happens to be the princess of the sea, yet wants to become a human.
Yes, we are all familiar with her story! Falling in love with a human prince that she saved from a shipwreck. Went to the sea witch to exchanged her beautiful voice for a pair of legs and in return, she have to make the prince fall in love with him.
And they'd live happily ever after.
But what if that's not what happened? What if the prince already has his princess? What will happen to our young mermaid who gave up her tails for him?
What if the punishment of the witch is not her death? What if the punishment is not her turning into a sea foam?
What if the witch's punishment is that she will never be a mermaid again? And she will never return to her beloved kingdom?
So our young princess run. Run from all the hatred that she's having. She keeps running until one day, she met a boy..
A boy who never grows up..

In which a boy who thinks he controls everything meets the girl who actually does. --- Peter Pan is king of Neverland, a mystical island of his own creation. His Lost Boys serve as his troops and have been his only company for the last millennium. Until his shadow brought a girl to Neverland, by the name of Wendy Darling. But she's not the one this story's about. Why? It's simple. Because she's dead. She broke Peter's heart, so he killed her. Only he and the Lost Boys know what happened the night Wendy disappeared, and Peter means to take the secret to his grave, assuming he ever dies, of course. If the Lost Boys know what's good for them, they will too. None of the other creatures on the island have any idea of what became of the one girl who had ever set foot on Neverland. However, what at first seems to be a siren with a know-it-all attitude threatens to change all that. She knows exactly why Peter's heart is shattered. But what she wants to do with that information is, for the very first time, is absolutely unclear to Peter. That doesn't sit well with the Ruler of Neverland. Zale, son of Ursala is sent on a mission to trick the daughter of King Eric and Queen Ariel into falling in love with him and then capture her so he and his mother can use her to steal the kingdom of Ocealan and the Atlantic ocean. Lana, daughter of King Eric and Queen Ariel is sent across the ocean to find a prince to marry her, but when her ship wrecks from mysterious storm, she is saved by a mysterious boy who appeared out of nowhere. Since her father was saved by her mother, Ariel who was once a mermaid, she thinks the boy could be her soul mate. They could live out the romantic story her parents created. What will happen if Zale starts to have feelings for the princess that are so new to him? Will the plan still work? Or will it fail and change his cold sea heart? This is a mermaid story. Don't judge. Pale is a normal 14 year old girl until one day she finds herself craving for water. Not to drink it, but to swim in it. Pale has never loved swimming or the beach, I mean yeah she would do it, but this change in attitude scares her. It not until a matter of time until she goes into the ocean and finds herself a mermaid. 14 year old Pearl has been a mermaid for her whole life. She has always lived with her mom and older sister. But one day, during a big storm, Pearl gets separated from her mother and older sister, and Pearl finds herself closer to the human world. It's not until a matter of time until these two mermaids meet and become friends. But when Pale gives Pearl a taste of a surfing competition at the human world, Pale discovers the truth that she is missing and people are preparing a reward for the people who find her. Sirena may look like a normal girl, but she is far from it. Not only is she a mermaid, but she is also a lot older than she looks. She has lived on Neverland for longer than she cares to remember. She lives in solidarity, trying to avoid the annoying teenaged boys on the island and people in general. Trying to avoid her fate that looms closer each day. She had it pretty good - until a ship appeared on Neverland's shores and gave her hope to escape the inevitable. Freedom was so close! But then an unexpected pirate ruined everything. Or so she thought. AN: I do not own any characters from Once Upon a Time and some elements for the mermaids were taken from H2O: Just Add Water. There, they were forced to do unmentionable and traumatizing things. Michaela doesn't know if she'll ever return to the coral castle she so briefly saw her parents call home, and if she does, what kind of life might that be? Merpeople both fear and hate humans and if Felicity's human identity is found out she is to be executed. So having a crush on the king's right hand man, Jeremy Sea and being friends with the prince of Atlantis is probably not the best way to go about being unnoticed. So why can't Felicity grasp the enormity of her situation. Maybe meeting the prince, going on a dragon ride, becoming a dolphin rider, fighting sharks and swordfish, killing the Kraken and owning the most powerful sword in the sea has her a little distracted. Trying to live two separate lives is no easy feat while going back from Lakewood to Atlantis her web of lies is growing and it will only be a matter of time before she gets caught as she struggles to decide what life she wants to live.
