"did you follow me here?" I asked, while staring at him with disbelief as i clenched on my gun.
He shrugged. "maybe." His trailed through my body from head to toe. "why are you dressed in those?" He asked, just then, his gaze fell to the gun i was holding onto. "why are you holding a gun, Skylar?"
I gulped down my saliva. What do i do? All this was meant to be a secret. The agency i worked for was more like a secret agency. That was why it was called, S.E.C.R.E.T.
"why did you follow me?" I asked, completely ignoring his question.
"Honestly, i don't know. I wasn't expecting to see you dressed like this and being harmed. Skylar, can you tell me what is going on? Who really are you? Are you who you really claim to be?"
"it's none of your business, Connor. You should never have followed me. No, you should never have noticed me." With that said. I raised my arm, which was harmed and aimed the gun at Connor.
He stare at me wide eyes before mumbling a word that was quite audible. "you were never a shy girl."
