Carter just finished the game of her life. But, when she went to celebrate with her boyfriend she accidentally kills him. Now she's on the run from the law, for murder. When she meets up with other people with problems similar to hers she realizes she was part of some scientific experiment. Them, the subjects, were created to win a war with the hidden species of the worlds. That's right, vampires, werewolves, and fae are real. And those subjects are expected to win the war. But, whose side are they suppose to be on?
