The year was 334 BC.
That was the first time Adam died. He was 17 and fighting a war he did not believe in for an empire he did not support. It took him many years and many more deaths to realise what he had become, and much more to find anyone else like him. Eventually he found his family, and after too long living, Adonis of Macedon was ready to be embraced by the arms of death one last time. Though until his time came, he would keep helping those who need it most.
